A lot of yesterday's "sleeper" amps, the great secret tone
machines that only a few gear-geeks knew about (such as
Danelectros and the several-branded versions of Valcos-Supro,
National, Airline and the like) are now pretty well known and,
as a result, are not as cheap as they were say, ten years ago.
But there are still some great deals to be found with some of
the other lesser-known amps of the 60's and 70's.

Maybe. More tone controls are better - treble, middle, bass -
a tone stack for every channel! Always has been, always will
be. Maybe not! WHY?

When I started to look into playing slide in standard
tuning many years ago, like 30 or so, I began looking at the
fretboard in a new way. What I started plotting out were all
the places notes line up 'vertically', in other words 'across
the fretboard'. The reason, of course, is that the slide can
really only play notes that line up in a straight line.

It's finally in production folks! Yes, we got a LOT of
email requests for this model over the years and have finally
moved to production. The gutiar will begin shipping in March
2009. The initial limited run will be available in White (as
shown) or Black with black pickgaurd. Both colors will be
available with the traditional custom hardtail or an optional
Strat style tremolo bridge. The first 48 of these guitars with
INCLUDE a custom fit deluxe hardshell case (value $149).
