Yes folks, after badgering EASTWOOD for six years, they finally found a way to replicate the original AIRLINE - stripe and all. But they did not stop there. Each guitar has been fitted with the now infamous AIRLINE VVSC (Vintage Voiced Single Coil) pickups, the vintage TONE switch plate and a new pinstriped pickguard. On top of that, EASTWOOD has custom build (Made in Canada) DELUXE hardshell cases for each guitar (pictures coming in 2 weeks) with form-fit interior, vintage cream tolex exterior with black bound ends, and a huge raised metal Chrome AIRLINE logo riveted to the case. Each guitar also comes with a leather AIRLINE strap. All-in-all, over $400 worth of upgrades. For those of you that already own an AIRLINE, all of these options will be available early in 2009 (except the body binding, only available on the '59 Custom).
